Who is the data controller

What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, along with the details of what you bought. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and the pages you viewed, for security and to understand how the site is used.
What we never see
Your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits for reference.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order and handle refunds (performance of a contract); to keep records required by tax and consumer law (legal obligation); to protect the site against fraud (legitimate interests); and, only if you opt in, to send you occasional emails about Enervia (consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link).
Who we share it with
Our payment provider (Stripe), our delivery carrier, our email provider and our hosting provider — each only with what they need to do their job. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. Technical logs for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent to marketing. Email support@getenervia.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make the site and checkout work securely. We do not run third-party advertising or profiling cookies.
