Where we deliver
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Cost and timings
Delivery is free on all orders. Dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 working day, and tracked delivery normally takes 2–4 working days. Remote Highland and Island addresses can take an extra working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Something wrong with your parcel?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@getenervia.co.uk with your order reference and we will replace it. You won't be asked to post anything back at your own cost.
The 60-day money-back guarantee
Email support@getenervia.co.uk within 60 days of delivery, quoting your order reference, and we will refund the purchase price of your order to the card you paid with, normally within five working days of approval. Opened and part-used bottles are covered, and you don't need to explain yourself.
Your statutory rights
Our guarantee sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order and return it for a refund; under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing on this page affects those rights.
