Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with Enervia UK through getenervia.co.uk.
1. Who we are

2. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Products
Enervia is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied balanced diet or medical advice. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary between batches.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 working day. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Separately, our 60-day money-back guarantee lets you claim a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of delivery, including on opened bottles, by emailing support@getenervia.co.uk with your order reference.
7. Suitability
Do not take Enervia if you are allergic to fish. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or under medical care, consult your GP or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not suitable for children.
8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to follow the usage guidance on the product label.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
