Option 1: single-ingredient supplements
Buy a high-DHA fish oil, a B12 spray or tablet, and a choline product separately. This route gives you full control of the amount of each nutrient and can be cheaper per ingredient if you only need one or two of them, at the cost of managing several bottles and several separate doses through the day.
This suits people who already know exactly which nutrient they are short on — for example, someone who has had blood tests showing low B12 and simply wants to correct that, without paying for a wider formula they do not need.
The downside in practice is adherence: most people who start three or four separate supplements stop taking at least one of them within a few weeks, purely from the friction of remembering multiple bottles.
